IIS7 error prompts An error occurred on the server when processing the URL.
Windows7 running ASP program is always an error, because the site configuration has not set up correctly.

MS Jet engine has changed the location of the temporary directory, but does not have access permissions, failed to cause the database to use.

Solution:
Add a "Authenticated Users" user to the "system tray: \Windows\ServiceProfiles\NetworkService\AppData\Local\Temp" directory.AppData directory is hidden, in access, you can enter the path directly in the address bar or in the folder option Show hidden files.

IIS7 default does not send detailed error to client, so just give us a script error messages (you can modify this information): An error occurred on the server when processing the URL. Please contact the system administrator. So we don't know what the real error is.

Solution:
Chang the ASP module in IIS7 "send the error to the browser"  to true.
It is critical, otherwise you do not know the error out where.
